Standard domestic shipping - FREE with a purchase of $100.00 or more!
We ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) at our discretion. Packages usually arrive within 3-10 business days. For shipping you can use this chart:

25.01-40.00 ...$6.95
40.01-55.00 ...$8.95
55.01-75.00 ...$10.95

UPS Ground usually takes 3-7 business days. If you specify UPS Ground there is a $2 charge in addition to the standard shipping rates (e.g. $5.50 plus $2 = $7.50 for orders up to $49.99). UPS cannot deliver to P.O. or APO boxes.

USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3-7 business days. If you specify USPS Priority Mail there is a $2 charge in addition to the standard shipping rates (e.g. $5.50 plus $2 = $7.50 for orders up to $49.99).
UPS Second Day Air - additional $12.00 to standard shipping rates.
UPS Next Day Air - additional $25.00 to standard shipping rates.
USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) - additional $25.00 to standard shipping rates.

International Shipping
Sorry, but at this time we only ship within the United States and to Canada.

Returns Policy
If you would like to return or exchange merchandise please follow the instructions on the return form included with your order. Send your return/exchange via the US or Canadian Postal Service. Returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment date along with the enclosed return form.

By law, panties cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn.
